OFF-SITE MEETINGS: Book our studio for your next meeting outside of the office! Or utilize our studio as a co-working space for your weekly team meetings. If your company has transistioned to a new hybrid work environment, our creative studio is ideal for you and your team to meet to discuss big picture strategy, and company goals, or set aside time to make progress on larger projects. Offsite meetings are frequently used to kick off projects, make quarterly plans, and boost team morale. MINIMUM 4 HOURS PER DAY.

MEDIA PRODUCTIONS: Our studio is perfect for you and your team to reserve for photoshoots, content shooting, interviews, media productions and filming. We offer a versatile creative space for Artists, Musicians, Creatives, Business Professionals, Companies, and Organizations - an ideal environment for professional and creative endeavors. MINIMUM 4 HOURS PER DAY.

SPECIAL EVENTS: Our special events package is excellent for small to medium-sized events. The ultimate creative studio with floor-to-ceiling windows, natural lighting, and positive energy flow is no longer beyond reach. MINIMUM 6 HOURS PER DAY.

Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.

Cancellation policy - full refund applies to cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the event excluding Fees.

All hosting packages include setup (30-mins prior to the event) and clean-up time (30-mins after the event). Please inquire for details about staffing and additional hours for setup and cleanup.

Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking and placed in the outdoor dumpster.

MyGroove Design, Inc. is Brand Consulting, Graphic Design & Digital Media Studio in Oakland, CA.

We have a fantastic 1,500-square-foot studio/work/live loft in the West Oakland/Jack London Square industrial district. The space is a beautiful top-floor corner studio with high ceilings, 12-foot windows, and stunning views that will allow you and your team to focus and collaborate in natural light. Public transportation is only three blocks away, making it easy to get around.

We provide a versatile creative space, a good vibe, and nice touches to make your group feel comfortable and welcome. Furthermore, it is large, open, and has a warm energy for Artists, Musicians, Creatives, Business Professionals, Companies, and Organizations - an ideal environment for Top Level Executive & Creative Teams, Professionals and Creative Endeavors.
