Go beyond taking photos — the garage door creates an open-air flow that can aid in better ventilation, while the 17-foot-high ceilings create a more spacious feel. What is more, our prop room ensures that you have access to a wide range of items to make the most of your space.
Our space features a prop room, street-level access, outdoor space (available on weekends), a sink and kitchenette, controlled lighting or blackout options, free coffee, wifi, a client lounge with a make-up chair, a professional steamer, and clothing racks—plus white walls to ensure maximum contrast in your production.
The street-level location makes it incredibly easy for you and your gear to get into the venue — there is no hauling items up flights of stairs. We strive to make you feel comfortable in our space. Relax in our client lounge as you wait or enjoy a free cup of coffee made fresh every day to keep you going! Wi-Fi access is available, so you can stay connected even when away from home! Whether you’re looking for a bright open space with natural light or wish to blackout rooms and switch on controlled lighting, our production studio can offer both solutions.
No more filming in sweltering heat—here at Production Studio we have a garage-style door that fully opens, allowing you to let in a cool breeze as you work so you can stay cool and productive all day long.

Host rules
-Smoking is not permitted inside the facility.
-The Studio must be vacated on time. Set-up, breakdown, cleanup, and pack-up are all included in the reserved time that was scheduled and agreed to. Overtime fees are $60/hr and are billed in 15-minute increments.
-At no time are customers to engage in any kind of unlawful activities while on the premises of Mithi Studio.
-The area in the back behind the curtains (storage and prop area) and access to the second floor is off-limits and is not included in the rental space.
-Customers must take notice of on-site signage, and staff instructions, and be kind to others.
-The customer's credit card will be charged for any damage caused by deliberate acts, carelessness, or unwarranted behavior, even if the cardholder did not personally damage any property.
-Rescheduling with more than 7 days' notice will incur an additional 10% fee. Rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice will incur an additional 25% fee.
-Please leave the studio as you found it… if cleaning/re-organizing/adjusting is necessary to return the studio to its original state, you may be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee.
-If any equipment is missing, the booking customer will be charged the retail “new” value for that item.
- Mithi Studio staff shall have the right to inspect the equipment and/or studio at any time during the rental term.
-In-house props are available for rental (at least 3 days' notice).
-No outside sound systems.
-The door must remain closed and locked.
-Do not block the middle garage.
-Be mindful of our neighbors.
-Arrange/remove items as needed and place them back where found.
