Meeting Room Policy:
- Minimum 48 hour cancellation for full/partial refund.
- No refunds for early departures.
- 15 minute early arrival window and 15 minute grace period at reservation end, UNLESS someone else has the room booked right up to or just after your booking
- Grace period overages are billed in 1/2 hour increments. Partial hours rounded up.
- Normal operating hours are 9-6 Mon-Fri.
- ONLINE BOOKINGS only allowed for Mon-Fri 9-6
