To ensure a safe and professional environment for all guests, we ask that the following guidelines be observed during your booking.
General Use
- The space must only be used for the activities described in the booking request (e.g., personal training, wellness services, workshops, or approved photo/video productions).
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of all participants during their reservation.
- Healthcare and wellness practitioners using treatment rooms must hold appropriate professional licensure where applicable.
Equipment Use
- Gym equipment must be used safely and only for its intended purpose.
- All equipment must be returned to its original location at the end of the booking.
- Dropping loaded weights or barbells from overhead is not permitted unless using designated lifting areas.
Cleanliness
- Please leave the space in the same condition in which it was found.
- Guests must wipe down any equipment or surfaces used during their session.
- All trash and personal items must be removed before departure.
Footwear
- Clean athletic shoes are required when using the gym or turf areas.
- Shoes that may damage flooring or turf are not permitted.
Food & Beverage
- Outside food and catering are permitted in kitchen area only.
- Alcohol may only be served with prior approval and in compliance with local regulations.
Noise
- Music and audio are permitted but must remain at a reasonable level out of respect for neighboring businesses.
Prohibited Activities
The following are not permitted in the space:
- Smoking or vaping inside the building
- Open flames or candles
- Illegal substances or activities
- Use of chalk or substances that may damage floors or equipment without prior approval
End of Reservation
- Bookings must start and end within the reserved time window.
- Setup and breakdown should occur within the booked time.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
