About this space
Our 400 square foot lifestyle studio is small but mighty! Located in the heart of San Diego in the historic Quong Building and is the perfect space for a variety of projects or shoots! We've carefully curated this space to mirror the apartment of your dreams with vintage style furnishings to create a minimalist, eclectic feel that lean into the charm and character of the 1910 building.

The space features two east facing bay windows and one south facing window which bring in bright ambient light all day long. To one side of the space, there is a platform bed with cream linen bedding- perfect for boudoir or couples photoshoots!
On the other side of the space, there's a brick wall, mantle and space to make your own! It also features a separate area for your crew to take breaks with curtains to close off the space to offer a private changing room.

- All rentals include setup and teardown time
- Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
- Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
- Outside catering is allowed
- No smoking in the building
- No pets
- No pornography
-All ages are allowed in the space
-Production insurance is not required
-Furniture and decorations may be moved
-Furniture must stay in the building but can be moved around our space. Decor can be taken off the walls except for the large mirror and mantle. These must stay in their spaces.
-No smoke machines allowed
-Nudity is allowed
