1. Choose Your Date & Time Slot
Our hourly space rental rates vary depending on the day and time block you select:
* Monday – Thursday (All Day): $100/hr
* Friday Daytime (Before 3:00 PM): $100/hr
* Friday Evening Peak (3:00 PM onwards): $185/hr
* Saturday Morning Slot (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM): $185/hr (4-hour standard block)
* Saturday Mid-Afternoon Slot (1:00 PM – 5:30 PM): $800 flat minimum (Exclusive block)
* Saturday Evening Slot (5:30 PM onwards): $185/hr (Minimum booking duration applies)
* Sunday (All Day Peak): $185/hr
2. Mandatory Venue Package (Included in All Bookings)
To maintain the premium quality of our space and save you the hassle of coordinating outside rentals, every booking includes our all-inclusive service package.
* Fee: $225.00 Flat Rate
* What it Covers:
* 🪑 Premium Furniture Rental ($0): Full use of up to 10 heavy-duty 6ft banquet tables and 60 high-end padded resin chairs (a $150+ value if rented from a traditional local party supplier).
* ✨ Custom Room Configuration: Tell us your vision, and our team will have the tables and chairs meticulously unfolded, hand-wiped, and arranged exactly to your layout specifications before you arrive.
* 🧼 Premium Linens & Dressing: All tables come fully dressed and styled with crisp, high-quality, professionally laundered linens.
* 🧹 Post-Event Clean Up ($0): Skip the broom. Our team handles the entire breakdown, trash removal, and full room deep-clean after your event so you can just head home.
* 🚗 Complimentary On-Site Parking ($0): Unlike many downtown or busy regional venues, your guests enjoy full access to our dedicated on-site parking lot completely free of charge.
