Studio Rules
Please take a moment to read and understand these important studio rules. Not following them may result in extra charges. Our Wi-Fi cameras (monitored by virtual assistant) help us make sure everyone follows the rules. Bathrooms are not monitored.
If a rule is broken, we’ll call you twice. If you don’t answer, we’ll use the studio speaker system to reach you. To avoid this, please keep your phone on and the volume up during your session.
1. Checkout Process
Our virtual manager will watch to make sure you stop shooting on time and start packing up at the end of your booking.
If you're still shooting after your session ends, we’ll call you.
Failure to follow the checkout process can result in a charge of up to $100.
If you're not out of the studio within 10 minutes after your session ends, you’ll be charged $10 per minute.
Your confirmation email has a link with step-by-step checkout instructions and photos—it usually takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
2. Be Gentle with Furniture
No shoes on couches or chairs.
Any damage, dirt, or marks may result in cleaning or repair fees.
You can move furniture and decor—but everything must go back exactly where it was.
3. Be On Time and Clean Up
Please finish on time and leave the space clean for the next guest.
4. Respect Privacy
Do not knock on other studio doors.

5. Lighting Equipment
Do not remove our LED light from its stand.
If you have your own lights, bring your own stand.
6. No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed in the studio for cleanliness and safety reasons.
Please arrange care for your pets outside the studio.
7. Keep the Volume Down
Please keep noise at a respectful level.
The space tends to echo, so it can sound much louder than you realize.
Be mindful of your music, voices, and overall volume out of respect for others in the building.
