Host rules

Please include your setup and cleanup time when you’re renting the space.

No decorations can be taped to walls, holes, punctures, or alike on walls—moreover, No Glitter, Confetti, Metallic Dots, Adhesive Tape on walls, etc.

Be respectful of space ( clean up after yourself, be careful with the furniture, etc)

The host is responsible for any damages to art, plants, bathroom, furniture, bathroom, inside and outside area space.

* BACKDOOR must be closed at all times. NO ONE HANGING OUT IN THE BACK PARKING LOT

* Bathroom Rules- do not flush "Any items except inside partition", this includes napkins, paper towels, women's hygiene products, etc. If there are any type of clogging issues or bathroom issues, will be fined. $100

* Trash Rules - You are responsible for throwing away all of your trash, indoors and outdoors. No visible spills or trash on the floor left behind is allowed. Upon arrival, we will do a walk-through to show you where the dumpsters are. If you throw away in the wrong dumpster or leave any trash outside of the space.
