Rules of the space

Host rules

Please leave the space how you found it.
- Take the trash with you. If you use the kitchen please clean up after yourself. Food or drinks are not allowed to be outside the kitchen.
- You must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
- There is no smoking allowed in the space.
- Please no confetti, glitter, paint, smoke bombs, open flames or liquids are allowed in the studio.
- There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke.
-For cake smash photographers please don’t use the cyclorama, there will be for you white boards you can use that are specifically for cake smash since it’s easier to clean up.
- After the cake smash is done please clean up the space ( you will find some cleaning items in the kitchen).
- If you are using furniture please lift up when moving around and put it back where it was when you're done using it.

DAMAGE POLICY:

We all love our space to work, please tak care of it.
- No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls.
- Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
- If you are using furniture please lift up when moving around and put it back where it was when you're done using it.

-Furniture and decorations may be moved
-A staff member will be available during your rental time
-Please ask for help when moving furniture around and put it back whenever you are done.
-Backdrops, wall decorations can be carefully removed
-Please: No nails, screws, staples items should be use in our walls
-No smoke machines allowed
-No nudity allowed
