• No smoking or vaping.
• No drugs or illegal activities.
• No pets allowed.
• No nails, screws, or any other item/tool that damages the existing property or fixture.
• No food or drinks on top of reception desk.
• Overstaying rental reservation is prohibited. All rental extensions must be approved 3 days prior to event.
• Any lost or broken items will be charged a replacement cost.
• We are not responsible for any items left in the venue after the reservation end-time.
