Respect the space: Please treat the property, landscaping, and furnishings with care.
Noise: Keep music and noise at a respectful level, especially during evening hours.

Fire pit: Use the fire pit only as instructed and never leave it unattended.

Liability: The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
