A high-ceilinged, open-plan industrial hall that reads as a flexible events venue thanks to its gallery-like volume and clear span interior.
Design: The interior uses white-painted finishes and neutral flooring to create a stripped-back backdrop. Tall walls and visible services give the space an adaptable, industrial character that takes coloured uplighting well.
Features: A PA system and speakers are provided, and hosts may bring their own DJ or play their own music. Air conditioning and venue Wi‑Fi are available. A step-free entrance, wheelchair access and accessible toilets are provided for accessibility.

DEPOSIT:
Our venue reserves the right to request a deposit to be held in the case of damages, overtime fees, or other circumstances. All Deposits when needed will be discussed prior to booking.
SET UP / BREAK DOWN
Our venue offers 1-Hour of set up time with the option of adding extra time at half rate. We consider the end time of rental to be considered as the walk-out time. Upon submission for your request of booking/inquiry, please also include all times for set up, breakdown, and clean-up that you may possibly need. Any time used that isn’t included in the booking will be considered OVERTIME unless discussed prior. This policy helps us serve all of our clients that book on the same days.
CLEANING / DAMAGES:
Client is responsible to ensure venue is maintained and returned in the same condition as prior to the event. Once the event has concluded, client is expected to gather and collect all trash and set in designated area. Client is responsible for all rentals and vendors and must remove all external equipment immediately at the conclusion of the event. Under no circumstances can anything be left, stored, or held at or in our facility.
***All clients assume responsibility of all event items and Our Board, Staff, and Space will NOT responsible for anything used or left at our facility.***
Under No circumstances shall nails, screws, staples or penetrating items be used in or at the venue. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
FURNITURE:
To best accommodate your event, please communicate with us if there is a need for anything to be moved or relocated in our space.
MISCELLANEOUS:
No Smoking, Candles, Fire, Glitter, or Confetti
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
