Pasta Making Experience – $140 per person
Includes antipasto, house focaccia, complimentary wine and non-alcoholic beverages. A hands-on workshop where the chef demonstrates how to shape two pasta types (like orecchiette or garganelli) and create traditional sauces. Guests are encouraged to participate throughout. Duration: 2–2.5 hours.
Pasta Making with Entree – $155 per person
Everything in the standard pasta class, plus a plated entrée such as Chicken Francaise with two sides, served alongside the handmade pasta.
Mexican Fiesta – $155 per person
Make Your Own Margarita bar included. Guests participate in preparing fresh tortillas, salsa tatemada, salsa de tomatillo, refried beans, esquites, and carne asada. Optional flan or churros dessert for \$10 pp. Menu is naturally gluten free.
Appetizer & Cocktail Experience – $140 per person
Choose up to 4 appetizers from a chef-curated list (e.g., crab cakes, spam musubi, deviled eggs). Includes cocktail education or a fun competition. Complimentary wine for 21+, plus non-alcoholic options.
