1. Facility is a smoke-free working environment. There is a designated outdoor area for smoking.
2. Guests will conduct business in and around the Premises in a business-like, professional manner, being reasonably quiet and orderly to not disturb other occupants.
3. Immediately following usage of space and/or Audio/Visual equipment, user must clean up and return the space and equipment to the state and condition it was in prior to use.
4. No article deemed extra hazardous (on account of fire) or any explosives shall be brought onto said Premises. No offensive gases, odors or liquids will be permitted.
5. Users will bring no animals on the Premises.
6. Outside catering is allowed; user must clean up and return the space and equipment to the state and condition it was in prior to use.
