Our estate has an elegant and multicultural feel, great for weddings, family parties, birthdays, and baby or bridal showers. Inside, there are beautiful rooms that will suit workshops and small meals.
You can move easily between the indoor and outdoor spaces. There’s a full kitchen, and catering and rental services are available.

House Rules
Smoking
• Absolutely no smoking is allowed indoors.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Staffing & Security
• A staff member will be on-site at all times during events.
• Security is required for all events with:
More than 50 guests, or
Alcohol service of any kind.
Catering & Food
• Outside catering is allowed with a $500 fee and only if the vendor is licensed and insured.
• For events with under 20 guests, you’re welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks.
• No open flames (chafing dishes, candles, etc.) are allowed unless supervised by a licensed caterer or staff-approved professional.
Noise & Music
• All music must be kept at a respectful volume that does not disturb neighbors—no more than 70 decibels at the property perimeter.
• Outdoor music must end by 9:00 PM.
• Indoor music may continue past 9:00 PM but must be at a moderate level with doors and windows closed.
• No DJs or live bands outdoors without prior written approval.
Timing & Access
• Setup and breakdown must be included in the rental time.
• Early access is not permitted unless previously approved in writing.
• Overtime will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate, per Peerspace policy.
Children & Guest Conduct
• The person booking is responsible for the behavior of all guests.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No loitering or disruptive behavior in neighboring areas or outside property boundaries.
Decor & Furniture
• Do not move or remove any furniture or décor without staff approval.
• No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives may be used on walls or surfaces.
• Glitter, confetti, sparklers, and open flame candles are not permitted.
Cleanup & Trash
• Guests are expected to leave the space as they found it.
• All trash should be bagged and placed in designated bins.
• Excessive mess, damage, or failure to comply may result in additional fees.
Restricted Areas
• Access is limited to designated event areas only.
