Prices
Meeting room rental charges are subject to a 22% service charge, 8.875% state sales tax, 5.88% NYC Tax, and $2.00 occupancy fee per day.
Food and Beverage:
All food and beverage requirements will be contracted and agreed upon with Burgerology. Please note, we do not allow outside catering of any kind. All F&B must be supplied by Burgerology for events.

The Meeting rooms are equipped with extra-large TVs, the standard hook up provided is HDMI. If your system does not support HDMI, please notify us so we can ensure we have the correct converter.
The charge per day for a laptop connection and 2 microphones is $100.00.
Agreement and Billing:
CPHY36 will create an Event Order for the meeting space upon confirmation of the above details. The event order will need to be signed and returned to guarantee the event, along with a credit card authorization form. A deposit of 50% of the above charges will occur 14 days prior to the event, and will be non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of the agreed charges above.
Any changes within 7 days of arrival must be confirmed with the hotel, and an amended Event Order will be generated
