• No confetti, glitter, rice, helium balloons, smoke machines, or open flames anywhere in the terminal.
• No smoking or vaping indoors or within 25 ft of entrances.
• Outside food or beverage only with written approval; otherwise all F&B is provided by Grand Brasserie’s culinary team.
• All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 + with valid ID.
• Load-in/out via Vanderbilt Ave curb cut and Freight Elevator #9 only. Vendor deliveries must be scheduled in advance and submit a COI naming Vizz Group LLC & MTA as additional insured (min $1 M).
• Nothing may be taped, tacked, or nailed to marble, chandeliers, or historic finishes; use free-standing décor only.
• ADA-approved service animals welcome; no pets.
• Space must be returned in original condition; host may invoice for damages, excessive cleaning, or overtime.
• Booking party is responsible for compliance with all Grand Central and NYC regulations.
