This bright, open space is designed for up to ten guests, offering a comfortable environment for meetings, group workshops, or collaborative planning sessions. It's fitted with high-speed WiFi, a large TV (with Apple TV), and a whiteboard for visual work.

For video conferencing, a Meeting OWL system with a 360° camera, built-in mic, and speaker is available on request. Additional features include access to phone booths (based on availability) for private calls and a shared kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, and filtered water.

A community manager is on-site to assist as needed. Outside catering is permitted (a cleaning fee may apply), and in-house catering can also be arranged.

We designed The Farm Event Venue from the ground up, sourcing rich oak barn-wood, corrugated tin, and fixtures from the farmlands of the midwest. Detailed authentic Americana pieces compliment a highly modular design, defining a truly unique experience for you and your guests.
