About this space
A multi-room, multi-purpose performance venue, comedy club, nightclub, and event space located in Williamsburg in the former historic Knitting Factory building. As one of the newest performance spaces and event venues in the neighborhood, it’s excellent for concerts, parties, TV and film productions, theatre shows, and much more! This is the perfect site for music video shoots, birthdays, corporate events, company parties, film screenings, brand activations, fashion week events, etc. We have two separate spaces available for rent. We also offer full venue buyouts. We are a fully-licensed bar.
Front bar: full-service bar, wood floors, fixed banquettes, versatile seating floor plan, small performance stage, sound system and production lights.
Showroom: full-service bar, all gender restroom, 325 standing capacity, 150 seated capacity, large performance stage, backstage has 2 green rooms and 2 restrooms, box office, full sound system and production lights.
Capacity varies depending on your event setup. Factors affecting maximum occupancy include:
- Addtional audio/visual equipment placement
- Bar/serving station placements
- Lounge/seating arrangements
- Addtional production placements like photo booths, activity stations, props, etc.
