Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with a 30% deposit to secure the reservation.
Full payment is required at least 48 hours before the event date.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance for a full refund. A cancellation fee of 20% applies if made within 48 hours.
Guest Capacity
The maximum guest capacity must not exceed the limits specified for each setup (e.g., Dining, Standing, Theatre).
Any changes to guest numbers should be communicated at least 24 hours before the event.
Setup & Decoration
The space is available for setup 1 hour before the event start time. Any additional setup time will incur a fee.
All decorations must be approved by the venue in advance.
No nails, staples, or adhesives may be used on walls, floors, or ceilings.
Catering & Alcohol
Outside catering is allowed only with prior approval. Venue catering may be preferred or required.
Alcoholic beverages must be served and consumed according to local laws. Any alcohol brought by clients must be handled through the venue’s licensed service providers.
Sound & Noise Levels
Music or audio must be kept at a reasonable volume and cannot exceed noise levels that disturb neighboring areas or violate local ordinances.
Events with loud music must end by [insert time, e.g., 10:00 PM].
Damages
Clients are responsible for any damage to the venue's property caused during the event.
A damage deposit may be required, refundable after the event if no damage occurs.
Accessibility & Safety
The space is fully wheelchair accessible, with step-free entrances and accessible toilets.
All exit routes must remain clear of obstructions during the event.
Fire exits and emergency equipment should not be tampered with or blocked.
Conduct
All event attendees must follow the venue’s code of conduct, which includes refraining from inappropriate behavior or illegal activities.
The venue reserves the right to terminate any event if behavior is disruptive
