No Smoking: This is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

No Open Flames: Candles, fireworks, or any other open flames are strictly prohibited. .

Noise Levels: Music and amplified sound must comply with local noise ordinances. All loud music should end by [time], unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Sound Equipment: Only venue-approved sound systems may be used, or any third-party equipment must be checked and tested before use.

Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol may only be served by licensed and insured bartenders. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to ensure that alcohol is not served to minors.

Catering Services: All food services must be provided by venue-approved or licensed vendors. Outside catering is allowed only with prior approval.

Clean-up Policy: All event spaces must be returned to their original condition. Any excessive cleaning fees may be charged to the host.

Guest Limit: The maximum capacity for the venue is 100 people. Exceeding this limit is a violation of safety regulations and may result in the event being shut down.

The space has a long, dimly-lit open space with exposed brick walls that give off a more relaxed, lounge or cocktail vibe.

It also features a bar or serving counter with contemporary appearance that offers a warm lounge-like atmosphere with an elegant marble top and glass shelving at the rear with the necessary fridge appliances for drinks and foods.

The back of the room uses a combination of greenery and exposed brick to offer a rustic, modern environment. Pendant lighting, suspended from the ceiling, and consisting of woven, natural material contributes to the organic look. Seating space includes plain wooden tables and upholstered seating, permitting casual seating as well as formal seating arrangements.
