About The Lucerne

The Lucerne Hotel is an historic building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Built in 1904, our luxury boutique hotel features guest rooms, meeting spaces, a fitness center and business center.

We offer the Penthouse Salon and Terrace located on the top floor of the hotel for your special event! We allow outside catering. The hotel charges a simple rental fee that includes tables, chairs, bottled water and buffet tables. There is a built-in AV system for presentations and music. The Hotel offers a rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline for photos, socializing and lasting memories.

Our Penthouse Salon and Terrace accommodates up to 80 guests, the Penthouse Boardroom seats up to 12 attendees. There's Wi-Fi, Built in LCD projector and 100" drop down screen and sound system for presentations and personalized music selections perfect for business functions, networking, and celebrations.
