Host rules

• Booking time includes setup and breakdown. Early access is not permitted for guests, vendors, decorators, performers, or deliveries. All guests must fully exit the venue by the scheduled end time to avoid additional charges.

• Outside food, beverages, and catering are permitted unless otherwise restricted. Hosts are responsible for supplying all alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, utensils, and related items for BYOB events.

• Venue-approved bartenders are required for BYOB events. Only authorized staff may operate behind the bar. Guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.

• Optional catering, cash bar, bartender services, and open bar packages are available for private events.

• Bluetooth speakers, karaoke setup, lounge seating, and stage access are included. DJs, performers, and amplified sound require prior approval. Only in-house AV staff may operate DJ booth equipment.

• Games may include arcade, console, board, card, and tabletop games. Pool table and table tennis setups must be requested in advance and may include additional fees.

• Decorations are welcome; however, nothing may be taped, pinned, nailed, or attached to walls, wallpaper, furniture, or fixtures. Confetti, glitter, candles, smoke effects, and open flames are prohibited unless approved in writing.

• Maximum capacity is 75 guests unless otherwise approved in writing. Hosts are responsible for guest conduct, vendor behavior, damages, and compliance with venue policies during the event.

• Cleaning fees are included. Hosts must remove all personal belongings and decorations before departure.

• Coexist Gaming and PW Lounge are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

• All payments, cancellations, schedule changes, and booking modifications are governed by the original booking agreement or platform policies.
