$1k per hour on a 3hr minimum
+ $500 Mandatory Cleaning Fee
+ $250 Staffing Fee (On Site Event Co-ordinator)
+ %10 Admin Fee
($10k Rate discount for full day 12hr booking)
Operational hours 7am-11pm (must exit the space by 12 midnight.
