- Cleaning, trash removal and staffing are not included
- Daily rate for all galas or fundraising events by Not for profit 501C, advertising, corporate or events by for profit entities: $11,500 per day
- Weddings or private events: $14,000
- Not for profit 501C event $6,500 per day (Max 3 days booking)
- Not for profit 501C located in Community board 10 in Manhattan $5,000 per day (event must be open to the general public Maximum of 3 days booking, cultural and art events will be given preference)
- Deposit to hold prior to event for All not for profit 501-C $5,000
- Deposit to hold for all other events $11,500

- Booking up to 6 months in advance of event.
- Events are permitted to take place until 10pm.
- SLA Permit required for alcohol, beer and wine service.
- Non-union venue.
- Preference by venue to local Community based Caterers and Vendors.
- Event Security is required depending on size of attendance.
