Event Type: The New Earth Museum is dedicated to hosting classy, sophisticated events. Activities like raucous parties, nightclub events, or any event that may pose a risk to the integrity and ambiance of the venue are strictly prohibited.
Food and Beverages: All food and beverages must be provided by licensed and approved caterers. The caterer must present valid food handling and liquor licenses upon booking. All alcohol service must cease at least 30 minutes before the end of the event.
Decor and Set-up: All décor plans must be approved by the venue management in advance to ensure no damage or alterations to the venue's structure or art exhibits. The use of open flames, including candles, is strictly prohibited unless granted special permission.
Capacity: Under no circumstances should the number of attendees exceed the maximum capacity of 250 guests.
Liability: All event organizers are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests. Event organizers may be held financially responsible for any damage to the property or art caused by their guests.
Audio-Visual Equipment: Use of the venue's AV equipment, including hologram screens, must be arranged in advance. Instructions and guidelines for usage will be provided, and they must be adhered to strictly.
End of Event and Clean-up: All events must conclude by midnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The event space should be returned to its original state post-event. Any additional cleaning or repairs required may result in extra charges.
Security: Depending on the event's nature and size, the venue may require hiring security personnel at the expense of the event organizer.
Noise Levels: While we appreciate the liveliness of events, noise levels must be kept in check to maintain a harmonious relationship with our community.
