Prices
$1790/night for 4-guests (Nov-April)
$2290/night for 4-guests (May-October)
$125 per additional guest (up to 8)
The renter may invite family & friends to the castle from 12-2:30 pm or 4 pm–8 pm. Highlands Castle can accommodate up to 30 people maximum during the day.
Additional fees:
$279 Cleaning Fee applies for events.
$415 Cleaning Fee for overnight accommodations
$495 additional fee would apply if utilizing a caterer.
4% Warren County NY Occupancy Tax (on overnight stay expense)
7% New York Sales Tax (on overnight stay expense)

Host rules
General rules:
- Highlands Castle has a quiet time from 9 pm - 9 am in consideration of other guests.
- Only the people you invite can be in the castle during your rental.
- An overnight stay is required which would be an additional charge.
- Enjoy time with family, friends, and associates from 4 pm - 8 pm.
- Guests not staying overnight would depart the castle by 8 pm.
- Children must be well-supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Sitting or standing on any outside terrace wall, terrace railing, or stone wall is PROHIBITED.
Renter agrees:
- not to run AC or Heat with any window or door left in the open position
- to leave the rental space, property, and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.
- to pay for damage caused by Renter (or guests of Renter) that occurs during your stay.
We do not allow:
- bachelor party, amplified music, rowdy, loud, disruptive, or unruly gathering
- amplified music or a DJ
- pets
- smoking/vaping [your credit card will be charged a $500 penalty if this policy is not observed]
- candles or open Flame
