Welcome to TwoFortyThirty: New York City’s first Event-Industry Creative Hub, a shared work & event space where you can become part of a collaborative event family.

TwoFortyThirty is a vintage 1894 firehouse in the heart of Chelsea/Hudson Yards that has been transformed into an upscale, intimate event space. The first and third floors embody a glamorous SoHo House feel, perfect for sophisticated events, showcases, tastings, meetings, photo/film shoots, and so much more. The second floor of TwoFortyThirty features impressive private offices with state-of-the-art technology. Offices also have access to two conference rooms, a kitchen, and use of the event floors. In the summer of 2023, TwoFortyThirty will proudly open the rooftop for intimate private soirees.

Whether you’re hosting a business meeting or a milestone celebration, your clients and guests will love stepping into TwoFortyThirty’s vibrant and lively atmosphere.
