- No music video shoots are allowed.
- As per Peerspace’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments.
- Catering/food is allowed.
- No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
- Guests are required to clean and dispose any garbage.
- Time for setup and cleanup is included within the rental time.
- Our community management team will always be available to assist you.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking/open flame indoors.

JM Learning is a tutoring center located in Brooklyn, NY that enables students to achieve their highest academic performance through individualized lessons, rather than a “one size fits all” traditional system.
