About Utsav
Ustav was opened in 2000 by Emiko Kothari who owns and runs a chain of 19 Indian restaurants in Tokyo. This is her only U.S. location and is managed by her granddaughter Nandita Khanna. It's a spacious bi-level restaurant in the heart of Times Square located uniquely on a skywalk between two buildings. There are a bar on the lower level and the large upper-level features floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking both 46th & 47th streets. We offer an extensive Indian menu with traditional regional dishes as well as some with a modern twist. We have just introduced our new INDO CHINESE menu & welcome large groups to our spacious restaurant.
