Studio B at 718 Studios
About this space
Studio B is located right next to Studio A and can be combined with it or used independently. Studio B has 2500 square feet and 25 foot high ceilings with a grid for hanging anything you need. It also features a 36ft W x 25ft D two wall cyclorama (full turn). It’s conveniently located right next to our kitchen, makeup room, 2 bathrooms, and our mezzanine.

The overtime rate for any studio rental is $300/hour.

No smoking in the building.
All studios are completely blacked out unless requested otherwise.
Please note - we do not allow two separate productions at the same time, if you rent studio A or B / AB combo you will be the only product in the building.
We have a scissor lift available for rent in the house. Our studios have access to 300-600amp three-phase power. The
fee to access this is $300/day there is no fee for standard Edison outlets (over 24 - 20 amp outlets available).
We have a huge inventory of lighting and grip in the house just send us your requests.
We do not allow outside grip, electric or lighting into our studio unless owned by the production.
