The features of our beautiful Ballroom include: 360 degree views of Midtown Manhattan, Hudson River, and Intrepid Museum, 30 foot skyline ceilings, gorgeous crystal chandeliers, the best sound and light systems. One of the most beautiful and spacious venues for corporate/private events. It is also great for weddings, birthday parties, and many more.

Please note: that due to our building polices we are not renting for non-studio events past 10pm. Renters are not permitted to post any signs or notes outside of our 9th floor. (Not in the elevator nor building lobby, nor building front doors). Any garbages have to be left on our 9th floor in the back by the service elevator area). Nothing can be left on the side of the building on the street.
