• No smoking is allowed.
• No illegal substances or activities permitted.
• Outside catering is allowed.
• Guests must remove all decorations and personal items after the event.
• Please leave the space in the same condition it was found.
• Trash must be properly bagged and disposed of before departure.
• No excessive noise or loud music after designated quiet hours.
• Furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original placement.
• Do not stand on tables or chairs.
• Capacity limits must be respected at all times.
• Children must be supervised by an adult.
• Any damages caused during the booking are the responsibility of the renter.
• Booking time must include setup and cleanup time.
• Overtime will be charged accordingly if guests remain past the reservation end time.
• Respect neighbors and shared property areas at all times.
We reserve the right to end any event that violates house rules or creates unsafe conditions.
