Package per person
Open Bar Packages (2-hour minimum):
• Beer & Wine Package – $40 per person
• House Open Bar – $35 per person
• Premium Open Bar – $45 per person
• Brunch Package – $30 per person
Additional hours may be added for +$15 per person, per hour.
We also offer consumption tabs, where guests simply pay for whatever food and drinks are ordered throughout the event. This is a great option for groups looking for flexibility without committing to a package.

Pricing varies depending on the event type, guest count, day of the week, selected space within the venue, and food & beverage options. Brandy’s offers flexible event structures including minimum spend options, open bar packages, and consumption-based tabs where guests simply pay for what is ordered throughout the event.
Depending on the date, time, and size of the event, we are sometimes able to offer no minimums, while other events may require a minimum spend. Each inquiry is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to create the best possible experience and pricing structure for the client. Please inquire directly for a customized quote and availability.

Age policy
Guests under 21 are not allowed after 8:00 pm
Host rules
• Must be 21+ with valid ID after 8 PM
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue
• Outside food & beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance
• Decorations must be approved prior to the event
• DJs/live music are permitted with prior approval
• Any damages caused during the event may result in additional charges
• Guests must respect neighboring businesses and Stone Street public areas
• Events must end at the agreed-upon time
• Confetti, glitter, and open flames are not permitted
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or end events due to unsafe or inappropriate behavior
• Pricing, minimums, and event terms vary based on date, time, guest count, and space booked
• Dietary accommodations available upon request; however, we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
