Ceilings rise to approximately 14 feet. Flooring is hardwood throughout. A custom bar constructed from reclaimed timber anchors one side of the room and establishes a clear focal point.
Floor-to-ceiling windows line the perimeter and frame city views, bringing consistent natural light into the interior. Artificial lighting is discreet and evenly distributed for evening use.
The room is equipped with integrated audiovisual systems, including multiple screens, a fixed sound system, and wireless connectivity.

Host rules
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the space.
No illegal activity of any kind.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.
Guest count must not exceed the number stated in your booking.
The space may only be used for the purpose approved at the time of booking. Any changes must be cleared in advance.
You are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as you found it.
All trash must be placed in designated bins.
Any decorations or equipment brought in must be removed at the end of your booking.
Please do not move furniture or equipment without prior approval.
Any damage to the space or its contents will be charged to the booking party.
The booking party assumes responsibility for all guests.
The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Your event must end on time, including cleanup. Overtime may result in additional fees.
