About this space
A 1,700 sq ft industrial-style, creative loft and private event space. The studio has an open design, high ceilings and the lighting and PA equipment are all included for quick production. With its silent location on the top floor, it is perfect for audio and recording projects.
We include a baseline production kit (softbox & LED lights, ring light, backdrops, tripod, lavaliers, boom mic, PA system), plus clean kitchenette and wall storage. Optional add-ons range from premium audio upgrades and DJ hookups to event staffing, photo booths, and decor—so you can scale from a simple shoot to a fully produced showcase. Booking is invite-only: the exact suite location is provided after reservation to protect guest privacy and ensure a curated experience.

*Rules of the Space*
All bookings at Green Villain Studios include setup and breakdown time within the reserved rental period. Clients are responsible for ensuring the space is returned in the same condition it was received.
"General Rules"
-No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the studio.
-Windows must remain closed at all times.
-Noise levels must be kept reasonable and in compliance with building regulations.
-No drums or large unapproved instruments due to noise restrictions.
-Do not move, unplug, or modify studio equipment without prior permission.
-Only the booked areas of the studio may be used.
-Respect neighboring businesses and shared building spaces.
"Food & Beverage"
-Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed and must be handled responsibly.
-Licensed catering only. All catering and alcohol services must comply with New Jersey venue and insurance regulations.
-Any alcohol service must be pre-approved and compliant with venue policies.
"Care of the Space"
-No wall damage is permitted (no nails, screws, or adhesives).
-Clean-up is required at the end of the booking.
-All trash must be properly disposed of.
-Any damages must be reported immediately. Additional charges may apply.
"liability & Insurance"
-Clients are fully responsible for all guests, activities, and behavior during the rental.
-The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
-Insurance may be required for certain events, productions, or larger gatherings.
-Failure to follow studio rules may result in additional fees or termination of the booking without refund.
