The design concept incorporates warm wooden accents, muted hues, and greenery everywhere-as in, pots filled with plants and trailing vines-allowing springlike freshness and calm to exude from the house. The lighting sits in tandem with the design-the daylight gives full flood to the café, while the warm glow at night sets an upscale mood within its walls.
Wood is brought in with tables, convertible seats, and a few lounge-style relaxers. The design allows enough space for guests to circulate while at the same time, distinct corners are set aside for conversations. 1) No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the building or within 10 feet of any entrance.
2) Outside catering is allowed. All food waste must be properly disposed of.
3) No alcohol is permitted after 9:00 PM. Alcohol service must comply with all local laws.
4) Event end time must be respected. Overtime will be charged at an hourly rate.
5) Maximum guest count must not be exceeded.
6) No open flames (including candles or incense) allowed inside the space.
7) No glitter, confetti, or similar décor that is difficult to clean.
8) Do not affix anything to walls, floors, or ceilings without prior approval.
9) All personal items and décor must be removed by the end of the rental period.
10) The renter is responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings.
11) Children must be supervised at all times.
12) No DJ equipment, live bands, or amplified sound after 9:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.
13) No illegal activity of any kind is permitted on the premises.
14) Pets are not allowed unless they are service animals.
15) The space must be returned in the condition it was received. Basic cleaning is included in your cleaning fee, but excessive mess may incur extra charges.
