The space will hold 100 guests and is well suited for private events, brand launches, pop-ups, photography and film shoots, performance space, and community events. Street-level load-in access and on-site restrooms make this location easy to work with. Furniture, equipment, bar, and personnel can be offered as optional services if reserved in advance.
The property is situated within the center of SoHo, close to boutiques, galleries, and restaurants. It is serviced by several lines of subway, and parking as well as vendor load-out is available in the vicinity.
