All lighting, equipment & furniture must stay inside the studio at all times.
Please note that, as in all buildings, there are other tenants adjacent to the studio and the studio walls are not sound proof. The building is usually very quiet but we cannot guarantee that it will be completely silent during your booking.

Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.
Shoe Covers are provided and must be worn on the Cyc Wall by all guests EXCEPT TALENT WHILE SHOOTING.
Do not step or put anything on the bottom curved portion of the Cyc Wall.
If you arrive for your booking and the previous Guest is still there, then please ask them to leave. Call our Guest Concierge if you are having trouble with the Guest.
Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash with them before they leave.
Do not cut backdrop paper without permission. We will charge for any tears or rips to the backdrops.
Do not retract backdrop on motorized rack beyond the red arrow. It will get stuck.
NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI!
No Smoking
No Alcohol: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
No Animals or Pets: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
No congregating in the front of the location.
Do Not Step Or Place Objects On V-Flats
Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
If you arrive late for your booking and the Guest before you stays late, then you are not eligible for a refund or extra time for the time when you were not in the studio.
No loud music.
No Eating/Drinking: Water and coffee is allowed. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. You can eat on the benches outside for free.
Notify host before booking if you are planing a sexually explicit shoot.
Host reserves the right to charge a fine of up to $250 for any rules that are broken.
You will be charged for any damage caused to the space during your booking at 100% of the value of the repair cost or item plus tax and any shipping fees.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
