Rental terms are clear and borrower-friendly: typically 4-hour blocks with additional hours available at $100/hour, setup time starting 1 hour beforehand ($45/hour extra), and a 45-minute breakdown post-event. A $175 refundable cleaning deposit is required, along with a 50% deposit upon booking. Payment plans are also available. Balance is due two weeks prior to the event.

Damage to the space will result in an extra charge.

The client must be 21 years of age or older to book an event.

No substitution is available on any packages. You may request add-ons to make your event come together seamlessly. Event Packages is only to provide you with materials and set-up for your special day. Additional event coordination is provided at an additional rate.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The event booked within 15 days of the event must be paid in full. Security personnel is suggested for all events and required for all evening events with alcohol.

All events required event security personnel at an additional fee. An event with 75-150 guests requires two (2) security personnel. Extended time until 1:00 am/$100/hr. additional fee (must be paid upon booking) + security cost.

You're welcome to bring your food, drinks, caterer, and DJ/Band. There is no smoking at Honey Beeyond Studio. No Exceptions! Honey Beeyond Studio is not to assume responsibility for damage to or loss of property. Because we do not supply food or beverages, Honey Beeyond Studio is not responsible for illness due to food or beverage consumption while at the studio.
