We share three main characteristics: highly qualified people who had this feeling of being prisoners in their own land, and passionate about world-class beer. This is where Project Prison (Spanish for Prison) started taking its current shape.

We are a new brewery specializing in highly qualified people who had this feeling of being prisoners in their own land before coming to the U.S. and are passionate about world-class beer.
