Spacious studio with large windows & natural lights located at the elegant historic building in DTLA dedicated for film, photography, acting classes, workshops, events. Easy access to loading deck, elevator, freight elevator, AC included.

The space comes with AC, Wifi, chairs, folding table. Depending on availability, we might include 2 soft boxes with bulbs and 2 LED light panels too (please double check if you need them).

- Studio must be left in original condition and position
- Reset set to original position and collect all trash before exiting
- $300 charge for uncollected trash, stains, damages per item/occurrence
- $2000 fine for damages to wallpaper

- Studio permission:
- Respect other businesses in the building
- Shoot only inside our studio suite
- No shooting in elevators, basement, hallways, parking lots, or stairs
- Non-refundable shutdown for any attempts to shoot in restricted areas
- No fog or haze machines, fire or explosives, water slides, sharp objects, or animals
- We reserve the right to take BTS photos of our space during your booking
