Akash Winery also has everything that you'll need for both small shoots and large productions! In fact, the property can accommodate a cast & crew of just about any size. Free, on-site parking is available as well as a large staging area for you to set up and store equipment, as needed. Looking for complete privacy? The winery is available for daily buyout upon request! The property also offers a variety of unique features and landscapes that are sure to enhance your production and bring your creative vision to life. Throughout the year you'll bare witness to a variety of awe-inspiring seasonal aesthetics changes that are unique to the Temecula Valley. Arrive early to give yourself enough time to navigate to the property and find parking. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP and CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5 minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
NO EATING. Food can be purchased from the vendor in the wine-tasting building. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO SMOKING. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO OPEN FLAMES on the property.
NO DRINKING. Drinks can be purchased directly from the winery. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO ANIMALS/PETS. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO LOUD MUSIC on the property.
DO NOT disturb customers of the winery. The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if any of the customers communicate a disturbance to the host.
Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
Absolutely no nudity is allowed on the property
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing No Eating or No Drinking rules.
