Entire House at Modern New Home
About this space
Our entire venue is a stylish contemporary newly-constructed 2-floor house with a swimming pool. The house has a light and open floor plan with high ceilings, unique fixtures, and brass restoration hardware chandeliers.
Indoors you will find an open kitchen in custom Italian design with an extra large kitchen island, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a beautiful powder room.
Outdoors we have a green backyard, a heated saltwater pool with a jacuzzi, and an open cabana with a bar, large TV, and built-in heaters.

Host rules
- Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in extra charge
- Setup and break down is included in booking hours
- No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls
- Tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed
- No glitter, confetti or confetti balloons
- No smoking (except in designated areas)
- Rearranged furniture must be moved back to original location
- Production insurance is required
- Smoke machines are allowed

The Modern New Home includes a 2-floor house, a large swimming pool, a cozy terrace, and a spacious green area around the house. The space is perfect for any creative production and photo or video shoots.
