Cleaning Fee = $100
OVERTIME: We allow a 20-minute grace period of overtime. However, after that, we will charge the standard hourly rate for additional time, whether that be the normal business hours rate or the after-hours rate.
WEEKEND RATES AND THURSDAYS: Please note that weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and after hours (after 5PM) rates are priced at $145/hr. Also, Thursdays are not available for booking without prior approval.

FOOD/DRINKS: We have a water cooler which provides hot and cold water.
ADULT FILMING & NUDITY: NO adult films/photoshoots or nudity allowed.
OFF LIMITS AREAS: Exterior of Building, Warehouse, Workshop, Office Set is not off limits but not available for rental
TRUCKS, LOADING, PARKING: The loading dock in the back is for loading and unloading only.
NO PERMIT NEEDED: Because we are an operational studio facility you will not need a permit.
EXTERIOR: Unfortunately, all filming is only limited to within our studio walls.
OVERTIME: We allow a 20-minute grace period of overtime.
CLEANING: Because the office set is our working office, the desks are not movable.
CLEANING: Furniture and set decorations may be moved.
CLEANING: Please clean up after yourself and leave the place the way you found it.
