Distressed brick on all four walls, textured white stucco inset, a corner with yellow brick walls, the 1920s sliding fire doors, overhead skylight, and two south-facing shuttered windows which can be opened to natural light.
Also includes an overhead grid, 100 amps (Single Phase), 12’ ceilings, AC, wifi, access to a vine-covered courtyard, green room, and three bathrooms. Easy ground floor alley load in from the street.

Host rules
There is a truck loading zone at 4406 W. 2nd Street. This allows loading from the street directly into our space through a short pedestrian alley. There is a one-hour limit in the truck zone but with commercial plates, you can stay for longer periods of time.
Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.
No smoking in the building.
