About this space
Large windows display the natural light the majority of the time, with the option of black out curtains in gold velvet. The decor is vintage, inspired by the rock and disco era of the 70's.
All of the furniture is vintage and is available for use and also removable if preferred. There is a chandelier at the front of the space and a 40" Disco Ball towards the back. The back door leads to the alley which provides privacy and easy access for loading.
Each station has vintage dimmable lit mirrors which are not removable. There is a vintage bar piece in the center of the space which is available for replacement. The 1250 Sq Ft. of space has been used for filming, dance parties, art shows and live music. There is access to one bathroom but the alley is available for porta potty placement.
There is a small eating seccion in the back close to a large sink that can be used as a coat check and sink for liquid waste. The space includes great sound and soundproof for the minimum disturbance to our neighbors.

Filming is 5k for the day.

About The Cut By
The Cut By Hair Salon is an open space with high ceilings and vintage decor.
Located on Sunset in a Rock-N-Roll historic neighborhood. The Salon is on street level a block away from the Guitar Center. There is free parking in the neighborhood and meter parking on Sunset Blvd, with tandem parking available in the alley.
