Buyout Minimums:
• Weekday Evenings (Sun–Thu): $7,500 food & beverage minimum / Weekday Lunch: $3,500 food & beverage minimum
• Weekend Evenings (Fri–Sat): $10,000 food & beverage minimum / Weekend Lunch/Brunch: $4,500 food and beverage minimum
• Capacity: 80 seated | 120 standing
Semi-Private Option:
• Groups up to 35 guests
• $500 space fee plus prix-fixe menu (3, 5, or 7 courses)

The Conche Venue Rules
Booking requires signed contract and payment of minimum spend: $3,500 Mon-Fri 11am-3pm / $7,500 Sun–Thu 4pm-9pm / $4,500 Sat-Sun 11am-3pm / $10,000 Fri–Sat 4pm-10pm. Additional fees may apply for staffing, extended hours, or custom requests.
Event time includes setup and breakdown; extra time is billed hourly.
All food and beverage must be provided by The Conche — no outside food, drinks, or desserts allowed. Dietary requests and custom menus must be arranged in advance. Minimum spend includes food and non-alcoholic beverage options.
Decor: Only tabletop or freestanding decor allowed. No nails, screws, or adhesives on walls/furniture. Candles permitted only in holders. Confetti, glitter, sparklers, smoke, or fog machines are not permitted.
Music/entertainment: Background music provided in-house. DJs, live music, or external sound systems require prior approval and may incur fees.
Client is responsible for all guest, vendor, and contractor conduct. Damage to venue, furnishings, or equipment will be billed post-event. The Conche reserves the right to end events early due to unsafe or destructive behavior.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing; fees apply based on proximity to event date. Date changes subject to availability and may incur admin fees.
Onsite parking is limited; we recommend carpooling or arranged transport. Venue is ADA accessible; please inform us of special accommodations.
