Host rules
TIME: Load-in and load-out time is included in the reserved time slot. Any set-up and clean-up necessary for the event is included during the time booked.
OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
PARKING: You can back into the spot in front of the unit to unload equipment. Otherwise, please park in the spots facing the gas station. Do not park in the 4 spots directly in front of the gym next door.
WALLS: No nails, push pins, etc. allowed to be nailed into any of the walls. Removable 3M hooks that peel clean from the wall may be used for hanging items. All tape and markings on floors or walls will be removed from the space. Floors are painted concrete so please limit tape usage as it might pull up the floor finish.
OFF LIMIT AREAS: Upstairs is off limits, unless prior permission has been granted. All drawers, cabinets, and all the inventory inside belonging to the studio owner are off-limits.
BACKGROUNDS, PROPS, AND SURFACES: Background paper/fabric, props, and surfaces may be rented for an additional charge.
FURNISHINGS: Any furniture is included in the rental. The studio is designed to provide flexibility in the layout. Most of the furnishings are on wheels for easy moving. Furniture can be moved within the space and used for production purposes. Feel free to move things around as needed.
