Our sunlit loft is a bright space with an open layout and delicate vibe. It’s private and located on the second floor, just steps from the Paramount Theater. The arrangement fits up to 60 guests and includes everything you need—tables, ghost chairs, speakers, and smart TVs ready for display or streaming.
The prep kitchen has commercial-grade equipment to support any kind of food setup, and the wet bar is ready to go. Host a dinner, pop-up, photo shoot, or something new. This space lets you create without limitations.

The Huntington Loft is a modern and open-concept event space. Located just above Parea Restaurant, in Huntington Village. Spanning 1,800 square feet, our space offers a private, second-floor escape for up to 60 guests.
With two bathrooms, a wet bar, and a commercial-grade prep kitchen, you’ll have everything you need. Four smart TVs are ready for presentations, personal slideshows, and screenings.
